Murf the Surf Legacy Fellowship Live

Dear Friends,

Several years have now passed since Jack Murphy was suddenly called to his heavenly reward. His memory lingers, vivid and cherished. I still find myself missing him regularly. I can't help but envision him strolling up to our front door, that infectious smile spreading across his face as he envelops me in a bear hug, followed by his familiar greeting to Charlie, "Hello Sunshine."

In the aftermath of Jack's passing, the outpouring of loving support and fond remembrances was overwhelming. Hearing so many of you echo that Jack was your best friend speaks volumes about the enduring legacy he left behind.

I'm delighted to share that our four-part docuseries, "Murf the Surf: Jewels, Jesus, and Mayhem in the USA" (MGMplus), has received remarkable acclaim. In a year where over a thousand films were produced in the USA, our docuseries received nominations in three categories, and was ranked in the top five films of 2023! This success is a testament to Jack's remarkable, inspiring, transformational story and the impact of his ministry that continues.

To honor Jack's memory, I am asking you to support his legacy prison ministry. I have set aside a limited number of DVDs of the docuseries which will be gifted to those donating to continue Jack’s ministry outreaches to inmates. The discipleship materials “The Assignment: The Prophetic Message and Mission” and “Quick Notes” have proven to be immensely appreciated and effective among inmates who are seeking guidance, solace, and personal growth in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Please pray for and donate to continue this essential outreach to which Jack tirelessly dedicated his life.

I encourage you to visit Jack's updated website (www.murfthesurf.org) to learn more about his legacy ministry and the lives it continues to touch. God bless each of you in your own journey and ministries, as together we carry forward ”Murf's” evangelistic zeal, and his spirit of compassion for inmates around the world.

… Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:  for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty, and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger, and you took Me in;  I was naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.                             Matthew 25:34-36 NKJV

May God bless you abundantly as you honor Jack Murphy’s life and ministry,

Domenic Fusco
